We have chosen July 1 – July 31 as our NATIONAL BLOGGING MONTH to celebrate bloggers and the art of blogging in Nigeria. This date is chosen for strategic reasons. So join us as we officially include the passion and business of blogging into our yearly calendar.

To commemorate this epic moment in our local blogosphere, we have lined up various events including on-site trainings, online workshops on whatsapp, facebook & twitter, blog makeover sessions, networking sessions and a Nationwide Blog Tour that will cover up to 15 states (and still counting).

The Blog Tour will cover networking of bloggers + an open training themed “BLOGGING 101: How To Start, Grow & Monetize Your Own Blog” in all the states we visit.

Adekoya Okikiola Oluwatosin Olamilaken, known as Ravtos was born in the 90s. He discovered his musical abilities while in secondary school and started out in church as a drummer. He recorded his first song in 2013 and thus kicked off a professional music career.

Ravtos has explored the length and breadth of the music industry by working with top rising producers like Dj Stars, Chilly Ace and Oga Jojo, who laced the beat for his current single. Ravtos has also rocked stages like the Star Mega Jam Exhibition, featured in top-notch talent shows like MTN Project Fame and participated in numerous shows and events. He has also been a guest on top radio shows to talk about his music.

With an undying passion for music that binds people with love, Ravtos is influenced by the legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti and believes that music is a spiritual gift.

Doggz NJ is an African American hip hop group from Hemden, Connecticut. It consists of rappers Doggzdemola and 1J. The duo, also business entrepreneurs in the late 90’s released their first mixetape called No Fear. In 2009, the group released its second single featuring Bootie Brown of the group Pharcyde, Change It. In 2011 the group released its 3rd Single, Still the One with vocals by 1J and in 2013 Get the Party Started.

In 2014 they released the hit single Super Nintendo featuring Fuji Artist Kenny King with vocals by Doggzdemola. The group founded in the mid 90’s was initially called Rap Authenticity with four members, Del P, Doggz, 1J and Mic 4real The group split up in 1999 with 1J and Doggz collaborating to form what is now called Doggz NJ.
